Lincoln’s National Government Services Group is headquartered in Washington, DC—the largest government real estate sector in the country. The team includes well-connected, highly knowledgeable specialists in government-related procurements and leasing, and applies best practices and a comprehensive suite of services tailored to meet the unique requirements of U.S. federal, state, and local government agencies.
The Government Services team has developed strong relationships with numerous agencies, and works closely with Lincoln’s in-house local market professionals across the country to effectively support government clients as they own and occupy space. This includes procuring and overseeing complex leasing opportunities with security-enhanced build-outs, and assisting with the maintenance and operation of properties with sophisticated electronic, acoustic, and physical security measures required for any necessary clearance levels, including Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF).
Lincoln currently leases and/or manages over 5 million square feet of space owned and/or occupied by U.S. government clients, and has over 23 years of experience building, leasing, and operating assets for multiple departments and agencies, including the General Services Administration, Department of the Interior, Department of Labor, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Defense, Department of Justice, Federal Aviation Administration, Environmental Protection Agency, and many more.
