Alex Aigner

Alex Aigner is a Senior Vice President at Lincoln Property Company, overseeing all business operations for the company in the State of Washington. With over four and a half years of experience at Lincoln, Alex has led and overseen the development of over $1 billion in projects. Prior to his current role, he was responsible for all development activities in Washington, Oregon and Idaho.

Alex’s background includes working with top commercial brokerage firms such as CBRE and Kidder Matthews, as well as experience in owner’s representation, development and general contracting. He joined Lincoln in 2019 after working with Ryan Companies, where he was part of the development and construction team. Alex’s expertise and experience have been instrumental in the successful development of a 700,000 sq. ft. mixed-use commercial project in Kirkland, WA and various other notable projects such as UDSB, 222 5th, Cascadian, ZoomInfo World HQ, Sky Ranch Industrial and Triton Towers.
