University District Station Building

A transit-oriented office tower in Seattle’s University of Washington Innovation District.

Lincoln Property Company is entitling and developing this new University of Washington (“UW”) high rise project in downtown Seattle. The build-to-suit, transit-oriented office tower will be located directly on top of the Brooklyn Light Rail Station near the University of Washington campus.

With completion expected in Q1 2024, this will be the first project to be built as part of UW’s West Campus development plan. The 13-story, 266,000-square-foot office building will be situated in the center of the city’s University of Washington Innovation District and two blocks from the university’s main campus.

Lincoln is leading discussions with the City of Seattle and Seattle Sound Transit agency relating to the development’s transit station element. The Brooklyn Light Rail Station and the surrounding parcels that UW occupies will remain operational during construction.

Located in the middle of the urban corridor on an infill site, the property will offer unmatched transit access, providing convenient connectivity to the Seattle Central Business District, SeaTac Airport, and the Eastside. The iconic project will feature many health and wellness-inspired components. An amenity deck and rooftop terrace will provide open air elements and feature sweeping views of the UW campus and the Seattle skyline.
