Andrew E. Smith

Andrew Smith is Senior Vice President for Lincoln Property Company in Austin, Texas. In this role, Andrew is directly responsible for the generation of business opportunities relating to agency leasing, property management, construction management and project development.  This includes oversight of business relationships with owners, investors, lenders, brokers and tenants. Andrew has 35 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing and brokerage.  He joined Lincoln in 2016 and has extensive leasing experience in a number of Southwest Markets (Austin, Houston, New Orleans and Dallas).

Prior to joining Lincoln, he served as Director of Leasing for Parkway Properties (2 years), was Vice President for Thomas Properties Group (5 years) and had a 13-year career as Managing Director for Equity Office Properties.  He got his start in commercial real estate in the Houston office of CB Richard Ellis in 1986.
