Andrew Jones

With over 20 years of experience, Andrew Jones oversees the North Texas market portfolio of commercial office and mixed-use properties for Lincoln Property Company. He is responsible for all aspects of property management for the market, including client relations, asset performance, business planning, market strategy, staffing and leadership. Andrew capitalizes from his extensive experience having managed a wide variety of Class A commercial properties in both the Dallas-Fort Worth and Chicago markets.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Andrew was Director of Property Management at Hines Interests. Throughout his career, he has supported a number of institutional clients including Clarion, JP Morgan, AEW, Parkway Properties, Invesco, NY Life, STRS Ohio, Goldman Sachs, KBS and Prime US REIT.
