Situated on 91 acres of land, The Star is a $2-billion, mixed-use development in Frisco, Texas and is a unique partnership between the Dallas Cowboys, the City of Frisco and Frisco Independent School District.
The project features over 1.5 million sq. ft. of office space; 225,000 sq. ft. of retail space including 23 restaurants and bars; a 12,000-seat, multi-use event center which expands to 22,000 seats for music events; a 300-key Omni Hotel with 15,000 sq. ft. of event space; a 170-key luxury apartment living center; and a 300,000 sq. ft. MOB component providing world-class sports medicine and research facilities.
Lincoln was selected to master plan, develop, manage and lease the project. The mixed-use development opened in 2015 and has multiple expansion phases in progress.
