Lincoln Property Company designed, developed and currently operates 8777 Washington in Culver City, California, the new West Coast headquarters for one of the leaders in media, entertainment, and technology.
In addition to overseeing all stages of development, Lincoln led the property’s core and shell phase, and the project management of all interiors.
The build-to-suit Class-A project was designed to meet the client’s specifications with meticulous attention to detail and quality materials. The new facility includes specialty spaces for content creation and post-production and three floors of office space over a ground-floor lobby. It features double-height volumes, interconnecting stairs, screening rooms, and full-height glass walls that allow natural light to fill the interior areas of all floors throughout the property.
The building’s outdoor terrace and all-hands spaces have been designed to also function as adaptable meeting areas that can be used for lunch events, informal get-togethers, company meetings, or as amenity spaces for tenants and guests.
