Jose Bustamante

Jose Bustamante serves as Senior Vice President of Lincoln Property Company, leading commercial and mixed-use development activity throughout Northern California. His expertise is in the execution of the entire development process, including acquisition, master planning, design, entitlements, construction, and leasing.  Jose has led the development and acquisition of ±7 million sq. ft. of buildings and ±700 acres of land over the last 19 years.

Jose previously served as Irvine Company’s regional development executive leader in Northern California, developing and fully stabilizing ±3.4 million sq. ft. of large-scale office / R&D projects and completing ±2 million sq. ft. of complex reinvestment projects. A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Jose served as an Army Military Intelligence Officer prior to entering the real estate industry in 2005.
