Meredith Kovach

Meredith Kovach brings extensive interiors expertise with over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate in the Los Angeles market, including over 25 years in project management. She currently oversees the Project Management team of the Corporate Advisory & Solutions group at Lincoln Property Company.

As a results-oriented manager, she has built over 4 million sq. ft. across 150 projects totaling $2 billion of exceptional high end corporate office spaces, highly technical, complex lab and media spaces, café and restaurants, LEED and WELL-certified spaces, retrofits of historical spaces, exterior workspaces, and a range of alternative workplaces and educational facilities.

Meredith also specializes the complex coordination of concurrent core and shell and interior fit outs. She brings a significant program of governance and rigorous project controls to the team. A highly skilled leader, Meredith has built outstanding relationships in the industry and has an impeccable reputation for consistently exceeding her clients’ goals and expectations.
