Ridr Knowlton

Ridr Knowlton is a seasoned professional with over 23 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. As the Senior Vice President at Lincoln Property Company, Ridr leads the direct leasing and marketing efforts for institutional clients in mixed-use and office projects. With a focus on re-positioning and leasing existing office properties, as well as pre-leasing ground up office and mixed-use development, Ridr has established himself as a high-performing leasing professional, receiving the CRCBR award three out of the past five years.

Prior to his current role, Ridr spent 16 years as the Managing Director and Regional Leasing Director for JLL’s Atlanta office. During his tenure, he was recognized as JLL’s top leasing producer in the southeast and Atlanta’s top overall office leasing producer for over 10 years. Following his successful career at JLL, Ridr spent seven years as a partner in one of Atlanta’s leading private equity firms, where he led office investment.
