Legacy Union

Lincoln Property Company’s Legacy Union project is a two-block, 10.2 acre site adjacent to Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina. The multiphase uptown site features offices, retail shops, restaurants, hotels, residences, a parking garage, public green space and a pedestrian promenade leading to the stadium.

Phase 1 of this development sits on the former site of The Charlotte Observer. It includes the Bank of America Tower, with 840,000 square feet of office and 25,000 square feet of retail space, as well as a 3,000 space parking deck with a pedestrian bridge over Church Street into the building.

Phase 2 features a Deloitte-anchored mixed-use tower with 367,000 square feet of office and 10,000 square feet of retail.

Phase 3 is the Honeywell Global Corporate Headquarters, a 374,000-square-foot tower overlooking Bank of America Stadium.

Phase 4, scheduled for completion in Summer, 2024, will feature over 300,000 square feet of office space, and an indoor/outdoor sky terrace and amenity center.
