Scott Brown

Scott Brown joined Lincoln Property Company in 1997 and currently serves as Executive Vice President and Managing Partner of the New England region. In his current role, Scott is responsible for all functions of Lincoln’s Boston operations including a Northeast management portfolio that exceeds 23 million sq. ft. including nearly five million square feet of life science assets. Scott also oversees all development activity including four active ground-up projects.

Lincoln Property Company’s Northeast region serves a variety of institutional partners and third-party managed real estate assets, including high and low-rise commercial office buildings, life science and lab, urban and suburban retail centers, warehouse, and flex/R&D manufacturing. He maintains client relations for a diverse group of private and institutional investors and oversees more than 155 employees in Lincoln Boston’s office.
