Scott Faber

In his role as Senior Vice President of Investments for the Boston office of Lincoln Property Company, Scott oversees all New England investment activity and partnerships for joint venture investments, as well as heads up the region’s financial advisory work on behalf of clients looking to invest in the New England market.

Scott has worked on over a billion dollars of successful acquisitions and developments that total over 3million sq.ft. of commercial assets and development across New England. Scott has worked with several financial investment partners including, but not limited to: pension fund investors, fund managers, private wealth investors and foreign capital. Scott is actively leading large scale permitting and financing efforts of large-scale life science and industrial opportunities in the Greater Boston market. Additionally, Scott has developed strong relationships with over a dozen of locally active lenders and leads all debt discussions for existing assets and future acquisitions and developments.
