Tom Kuhlmann

Tom Kuhlmann is Executive Vice President at Lincoln Property Company, where he oversees industrial operations throughout the Southwest. With thirty-nine years of experience at Lincoln, Tom plays a pivotal role in managing industrial operations across the Southwest region. His duties encompass coordinating developments, acquisitions, dispositions, as well as overseeing management and leasing operations for industrial and value office product types.

Additionally, Tom serves as a partner within Lincoln’s national acquisition venture and actively contributes to the coordination of industrial purchases across the continental United States. He obtained his Undergraduate and Master’s degrees from Southern Methodist University. Apart from his professional commitments, Tom is actively engaged in various industry organizations. He currently serves as a Board Member of the SMU Folsom Institute and previously held the position of President at the North Texas Chapter of NAIOP.
