Zach Smith is the Vice President of Lincoln Property Company’s Northern California market, where he has been a valuable member of the team since 2017. With his expertise in acquisitions, asset management and development-related activities, Zach has successfully facilitated over $2.2 billion in commercial development and re-development projects, totaling more than 6.1 million sq. ft. Notably, he played a key role in the acquisition, disposition and refinancing of properties such as 215 Fremont, 332 Pine and 1045 Sansome in San Francisco, as well as 2121 S. El Camino in San Mateo, 331 Fairchild in Mountain View, Stender Way in Santa Clara and River Row in Santa Cruz.

Prior to joining Lincoln Property Company West, Zach attended the University of Southern California, where he earned a B.S. in Policy, Planning and Development from the Price School of Public Policy. During his time at USC, he was a member of the Trojan football team, serving as a four-year starting long snapper and helping his team secure a victory in the Rose Bowl in 2017.

With his strong academic background and extensive experience in the real estate industry, Zach brings a unique perspective and expertise to all of his projects. His dedication and hard work make him a valuable leader and contributor to the company’s success.
