Echo Street West

Lincoln Property Company’s Echo Street West project will bring new opportunities and experiences to Atlanta’s Midtown neighborhood—and help build vibrant new connections among the city’s communities.

When complete, the 19-acre multiphase development will span 2.4 million square feet of mixed-use space.

The first phase encompasses 285,000 square feet of creative office, and 30,000 square feet of retail space. The landmark development will also deliver 292 new multifamily units, of which 20% will be affordable.

The project’s state-of-the art office space will be surrounded by a curated blend of retail, dining and open air bar experiences that spill out onto the Westside BeltLine Connector trail.

The initial phase of the landmark development will also feature the restoration of many of the neighborhood’s most architecturally significant buildings, offer 3.4 acres of outdoor entertainment and gathering areas, and introduce a 16,000-square foot artist and makers colony. Lincoln worked with the development’s Advisory Board to create the Echo Street West Partnership, an initiative launched in 2020 in order to build a relationship bridge to English Avenue and nearby West Atlanta neighborhoods. The partnership makes investments of time, talent and resources in organizations who are doing valuable philanthropic work in the community.

In 2021, the Echo Street West Partnership donated over $200,000 to organizations such as Peace Preparatory Academy, Boys and Girls Club of Metro Atlanta, and Good Samaritan Health Center.

Lincoln believes that the success of a new development can also benefit the community—particularly those that are under-resourced. The goal of the Echo Street West Partnership is to serve our neighbors in meaningful, tangible ways.
