FLIGHT at Tustin Legacy

Following an extensive and competitive public RFP process orchestrated by the City of Tustin, Lincoln Property Company was awarded the rights to acquire and redevelop a 38-acre former Marine Air Corps station to create FLIGHT at Tustin Legacy—Orange County’s first purpose-built creative office campus.

Inspired by the location’s rich history and iconic elements—including the double-height airplane hangars that once occupied the site—FLIGHT’s award-winning design is reflected throughout the development’s light-filled office space, diverse dining facilities, and array of other amenities.

The pedestrian-friendly streets throughout the campus create an open, engaging experience that also celebrates the location’s strong connection to nature and the surrounding community. The property offers over 100,000 square feet of common areas, conference spaces and shared amenities, including a dog park, full gym, and outdoor meeting areas. The chef-curated food hall also provides a wide array of dining options.

The FLIGHT campus also features a captivating array of multi-story murals designed and hand-painted by local artists. These commissioned works helped the development project win the Outstanding Public Arts award from Arts Orange County—one of many awards received for its sustainable, community-centric approach.

Additional industry and local honors have included the CREW SPIRE Award for New Development; the SCDF Design & Philanthropy Award for Commercial/Mixed-Use; the Golden Nugget Award; the OC Register’s Best of OC Food Halls; and a WELL Building Health & Safety Rating.
