Lincoln Property Company is designing, permitting, constructing and managing the development of this premier mixed-use project along the Port of Vancouver’s 10-acre waterfront site, overlooking the Columbia River.

The Port is a growing global hub of opportunity, positioned at a key crossroads of ocean-bound and river shipping lanes, interstate highways, and national rail lines. The Port of Vancouver Terminal 1 project—which is targeting LEED Gold certification—will include office and retail space, multifamily housing, and associated parking facilities. The office space is 100% leased to ZoomInfo as it expands its global headquarters in the region.

Lincoln is transforming the site into a modern, vibrant gateway to Washington State—and a sustainable mixed-use urban destination. The project’s prime location in Vancouver’s downtown district will help connect the community to its other waterfront development—Fort Vancouver National Historic Site—as well as the city’s Waterfront Renaissance Trail and the Columbia River.

The project will play a key role in fueling the ongoing revitalization of Vancouver’s waterfront and city center, attracting visitors from across the bridge in Portland, Oregon and beyond, and promoting continued community growth and engagement.
