A new-generation office building in Warsaw’s iconic Wola business district.
The Form, Lincoln Property Company’s newest office development project in Warsaw, Poland, will be located at the intersection of Pańska and Miedziana streets in the city’s Wola district, one of the most desirable business locations in the Polish capital.
Scheduled for completion in December, 2024, The Form will feature nine floors of office, service and retail space, and will set new benchmarks for sustainability and wellbeing in Poland.
Designed by Kuryłowicz & Associates, Vietzke & Borstelmann Achitekten and the Epstein studio, the property’s 28,300 square meters of office space will provide tenants with ultra-modern workspaces which feature the latest technologies and set new standards for ESG solutions. Lincoln aims to achieve Platinum level WELL, LEED, ActiveScore and AirRated certifications to ensure the workspaces meet the sustainability and wellbeing needs of its tenants.
In October 2023, ING Hubs Poland was announced as The Form’s first tenant, and will move into its new workspace upon completion of the development in January 2025.
