Clay Duvall is Co-Chief Executive Officer of Lincoln Property Company, one of the leading vertically integrated real estate firms in the country. With offices in 35 key markets across the U.S., UK, and Europe, Lincoln consistently ranks as a top developer and service provider for all commercial and multi-family property types.

With 26+ years of experience with Lincoln, Clay most recently served as Executive Vice President of the firm’s Capital Markets division, where he established and strengthened company relationships with many of the firm’s most active debt and equity capital partners.

Clay supports multiple industry and community organizations, and is actively engaged with his alma mater, the University of Texas at Austin (UT Austin). He is a member of the Salesmanship Club of Dallas, which benefits the Momentous Institute; serves as President of Highland Park Sports Club; sits on the Board of Directors for The Stallings Award, which benefits The Ashford Rise School of Dallas; and served as the Tournament Chairman for the 2022 AT&T Byron Nelson. He is also an Executive Council Member for the UT Austin Center for Real Estate Finance and is a member of the Longhorn Foundation Advisory Council, working closely with the Athletics Director to identify critical program needs and provide long-range planning advisory for Texas Athletics.

Clay graduated from UT Austin with both a B.A., Plan II Honors, and a Master of Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate.
