David Binswanger

David Binswanger is Co-Chief Executive Officer of Lincoln Property Company, one of the largest diversified real estate firms, with offices across the U.S., UK, and Europe. The company’s integrated platform includes acquisitions and investments, construction and development management, asset and property management, leasing, and advisory services for private and institutional owners, investors, and lenders, as well as major corporate occupiers.

Prior to his current role, David most recently served as Senior Executive Vice President of Lincoln’s U.S. West division, and was responsible for the firm’s operations and principal acquisition and development projects throughout California and the Pacific Northwest and Mountain West regions. After joining Lincoln in 1998 as a Financial Analyst with the National Finance group, he subsequently served as Vice President of Operations (2002-2004) and Vice President of Finance (2005-2006), responsible for capital placement, and debt and equity for all joint venture projects.

In 2006, David led Lincoln’s first acquisition in the West, and opened the firm’s first office in Los Angeles. Over the next 15+ years, he assembled a dynamic team to support the firm’s operations and portfolio expansion, growing the region to include 450+ professionals across nine major markets, with $15.6 billion in assets acquired and developed, and a property management and leasing portfolio of nearly 90 million square feet by 2023.

David graduated with a B.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate Finance from Southern Methodist University.
