Lee Morrison is a Senior Vice President with Lincoln Property Company, overseeing all Asset Management and Leasing Services activity for the firm’s Pacific Northwest operations. In this role, he is responsible for expanding these key business lines across Oregon, Washington, and Idaho—and strengthening the firm’s service offerings for clients and partners throughout the region. Prior to his current position, Lee was focused on the Portland, Oregon market, and was responsible for all Lincoln regional activity throughout the region. This included all acquisitions, entitlements, development management, asset management, property management, repositioning, and leasing activity for all product types, and supporting the firm’s growing multi-family development arm.

Throughout his career, Lee has facilitated the management, leasing, and repositioning of more than 6.0 million sq. ft. of office and industrial properties throughout the Pacific Northwest, including PACWEST Center, Leland James, Field Office, and Wells Fargo Center in Downtown Portland. He has facilitated over 1.5 million sq. ft. of leasing and has been directly involved in asset dispositions totaling over $750 million in value.

Lee started his real estate career with Cushman & Wakefield in 2007, where he was named Oregon’s Rookie of the Year. Prior to that, he had an eight-year professional soccer career with the Dallas Burn, Kansas City Wizards, and the Portland Timbers. He was a first-round draft pick by the Dallas Burn in Major League Soccer’s 2002 Draft, and represented the United States at the Under-20 World Cup in 1999.
