Patrick Gilligan

Patrick Gilligan serves as the Senior Executive Vice President for Lincoln Property Company’s Pacific Northwest and Mountain West regions, and is responsible for all business operations throughout Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Utah. This includes the implementation of all service lines and oversight for all acquisition, development, and redevelopment activities. He has 19 years of experience in real estate investment and development, and has been a part of Lincoln since 2006, completing over $5.0 billion in transactions.

Since entering the Pacific Northwest and Mountain West markets in 2014, he has grown Lincoln’s portfolio to over 10 million sq. ft. of office, industrial, retail, and multi-family assets under management, including such notable projects as PACWEST, Wells Fargo Center, The Sutton multi-family development in Portland, OR, and Terminal 1 in Vancouver, WA. Prior to running the Pacific Northwest and Mountain West regions, Patrick served as a Vice President in Lincoln’s San Francisco office for nearly a decade.
