We understand the area’s unique challenges and opportunities and are proud to be playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of industrial real estate in Las Vegas and surrounding communities.
In addition to our portfolio under management, Lincoln’s Las Vegas office is also leading the development of more than 5.6 million square feet of industrial property currently under construction. We have also acquired in excess of 6 million square feet of commercial product, and are in the process of developing and constructing approximately 15.5 million square feet of commercial product.
Our office’s expertise and reach is not limited to the vibrant Las Vegas market. We also work in tandem with Lincoln’s Phoenix office to serve the needs of clients across the broader Southwest region, including Nevada, Arizona, Utah and New Mexico.
